Follow these steps! ✨

1. Pack all the returned items, along with our refund/exchange form (make sure to fill it out).

  • You can download the form here.
  • Please ship the items back in a padded envelope. To make things easy, you can use the padded envelope the items arrived in. Do not send items in a standard letter envelope*

2. We recommend using Courier Guy or Pudo to send your package.

We are not responsible for packages that are sent back without a tracking number.

3. Once we receive your items, we will process your refund / exchange within 2 - 4 business days.

*Please note that shipping & duty taxes/fees are not refundable.

Which items are returnable?

  • Items in new condition & original packaging
  • Damaged items (contact us at jason@jasongregory.co.za to submit a warranty claim).

I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange my item?

  • Yes you can, follow our return instructions and specify that you want to exchange your item for a new one. 
  • Please include the new size in the notes section of the return/exchange form.

Are there any charges for returns or exchanges?

  • There are no charges for returns that are received in new and unworn condition, all we ask is that you cover the shipping to send the item(s) back to us.
  • If you are exchanging an item, cover the shipping to send the item to us and we'll pay for the shipping to send your replacement. 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once we receive your item, your refund will be processed within 2-4 business days.
  • The refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-10 business days (depending on your bank).
  • Confirmation will be sent out to the email address on file.

When will I receive my exchanged item/s?

  • Once the package is received, our returns department will process the exchange within 2-4 business days.
  • Once processed, your exchange order will ship the following business day with an estimated 4-5 day transit time.
  • An email notification with tracking will be sent out once it ships.
